This thesis deals with measuring frequency characteristics of MEMS sensors (accelerometers, gyroscopes). The introduction part describes three types of frequency responses and their measurement. Then there is shown basic properties of MEMS systems. Accelerometer is sensor which measures difference between kinematic acceleration and gravity acceleration. Gyroscope is used for determination of position and shocks of tsensor. Last part is dedicated to software LabVIEW and its use for measuring frequency responses. The measuring task for realization of frequency characteristics measuring was designed. Procedure of measuring and evaluation will be represented by specific examples.
