Abstract

The aim of this work is to compare and analyze marketing tools of two selected ski areas. To find out how these centers work in terms of marketing impact on customers and thus gain insight into their current state. Based on this information to get some conclusion in this case advice and suggestions for improvement which will be offered to both centers in terms of an unrelated person. The second and the third chapter deal with the theoretical explanation of concepts and research methods of management and marketing. The fourth chapter is dedicated to gather information through questionnaires and interviews. It also contains SWOT analysis of both areas, which were evaluated in the strengths and weaknesses of the information obtained and elements of the marketing mix. The fifth chapter contains specific suggestions and solutions to improve their sites and increase traffic, based on processing the information obtained.
