Abstract

Subject of this dissertation work named “Analysis of Entrepreneurial Environment for Start up a Company in Great Britain“ is an analysis of business environment in Great Britain compared with enterprise background in the Czech Republic. British Limited was chosen to be compared with Czech limited company (s.r.o.). The main aim of the work is to describe advantages and disadvantages which these particular legal forms bring with. The theoretical part is devided into two chapters. The first one deals with characteristics and definition of company as it is ment in Great Britain. There are main theoretical aspects connected with Start up and Business going in this chapter. The following one brings business understanding as ment in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the work contains analysis of Business Start up and Business going together with other conditions needed for business. Comparative tables and analysis of gained information were used to describe the background of British and Czech business environment. This conclusions are helpful to understand the whole process of business. As the final solution it seems that Great Britain is more suitable for doing business for Czech entrepreneur when L.t.d. than the Czech Republic. The main reasons bringing this statement are lower purchase costs, more advantaged Tax rates, simple administration processes, transparent British business law and friendly dealing with authorities. One of the most important factors is prestige of British Limited itself as well.
