Abstract

The Analysis of Competition on Gastronomic Market Goal of this dissertation was to evaluate the current state of the Gastronomic Market in the Czech Republic, specifically in territory of Moravia, make the analysis of competition here and give appropriate recommendations which would lead to higher levels of gastronomy in this area. I chose the method of mystery shopping as a tool of analysis, which currently belongs to the most efficient tools of control.
