Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with selected long-term financing of fixed assets The aim of this work is to analyze the possible forms of financing of selected fixed assets, the subsequent comparison of the results and select the most appropriate financing option for your situation. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the characteristics of the possible forms of financing. Part of the work is devoted to a description of the company, which is considering the implementation of the investment. At the end of this section describes the property, which the company is considering for purchase. In the practical part with regard to the scope of investment considered two possible forms of funding, and to their own resources and bank loan. They assessed their discounted costs. The final comparison and selection of most forms of funding will be made on a discounted cost. At the end of chapters will be recommended the best option for the realization of the investment.
