Evaluace možností prevence potenciálních krizí ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Předmětem práce je přiblížení vzniku krize v podniku, různé druhy krize a především představení možností řešení krize. Cílem diplomové práce je odhalit ohniska potenciálních krizí a navrhnout možná preventivní opatření, aby nedošlo k propuknutí krize v podniku. Pro každé ohnisko je vytvořen krizový plán spolu s návrhem strategie.

The subject of the thesis is examination of emergence of a crisis in a company, description of different kinds of crises and foremost exploration and elaboration of possible solutions to a crisis. The aim of the thesis is to shed light on hotbeds of potential crises and to modulate possible precautionary measures that prevent emergence of a crisis in a company. A crisis management plan including strategic proposal is formulated for each of the possible hotbeds of crises.
