Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to compile entrepreneurial purpose of setting up and operating a sweetshop in Opava. It will help the author decide whether to realize the purpose or not. The thesis is answering the basic question of financial profit and its conditions. The work consists of two parts – theoretic and businesslike ones. The theoretic part gives information about companies and enterprise, forms of floatation, financial plans and others. The businesslike part deals with the entrepreneurial purpose – from concept of sweetshop operation to environmental and other influences. It analyses both competitions and the project, examines financial planning. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates all aspects of the entrepreneurial aim and answers the question if to realize it or not.
