Zefektivnění skladových prostor a vybraných procesů

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je návrh na zefektivnění skladových prostor a vybraných procesů, jako je ukládání, identifikace a označení zásob. V teoretické části je nejprve představen podnik, ve kterém je úprava skladu realizována. Následně je popsáno, co je to skladování, funkce skladování, druhy skladu a manipulačních jednotek. Na konci teoretické části jsou popsány podnikové procesy a metody modelování procesů a jak tyto procesy můžeme řešit. V praktické části se nachází analýza současného stavu layoutu, procesů ukládání, identifikace a označení zásob. Poté jsou definovány hlavní problémy a následně je podán návrh na zefektivnění těchto problémů.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a proposal of how to make warehouse space and selected processes such as storage, identification and inventory idenditication more effective. In the theoretical part, the company where the modification of the warehouse is realized is introduced. Subsequently, what is storage, storage functions types of storage and handling units are described. At the end of theoretical part are described business processes and methods of proces modeling and how we can solve these processes. In the partical part there in an analysis of the current situation of thelayout, the processes of storage, identification and inventory indication. Afterwards, the main problems are defined and then a proposal is made in order to make there problems more effective.
