Abstract
The thesis deals with Strategic Analysis for a Selected Organization. The aim of thesis is to analyze selected organization, point to its weaknesses and to propose steps for their improvement. Another point is to highlight the advantages and strengths of the organization, which are important to be maintained.

Careful analysis of needs guaranties effective use of resources of the organization.
