Abstract

The task of the diploma thesis is to develop a project for the construction of a three-storey building without a basement, with a flat roof, located in Otrokovice on Čechova street. The building serves as an office building with a dining room. Part of the work is a design, technical report according to Vyhláška č. 499/2006 Sb. as amended [1], the energy label of the building envelope, the thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures and the static calculation of one selected structural element. On the first floor there is a dining room with a kitchen and technical facilities, on the second and third floors there are office spaces with social facilities.
