Abstract
The goal of this bachelor thesis is the application of the Theory of Constraints in manufacturing process. This goal will be achieved by performing analysis of company and finding the bottleneck. The theoretical part will be introduced Theory of Constraints. The next part will be introduced the company, in which will be this theory applied. The practical part will identify the bottleneck. Finally, the work will be accompanied by proposals for the removal of that restriction.
