Abstract
The target of the graduation thesis was to analyse, as customers of travel agency proceed by choice of their holiday, what is their motivation. If they proceed spontaneously or they reason about holiday long time. Which status in choose they are playing, where they get information about holiday in most often cases.
For implementation of specified objective I completed primary marketing research by personal interview. Based on executed analysis I attempted to propose references, which should redound to enhancement of presented services or creation new services.
