Abstract

Diploma thesis "Low-energy residental building" has been prepared within the scope of construction technology project with thermally technical assessment of the building. The proposed building apartment building will be located on plot number 310 to Merklasova street in the town of Opava - Kylešovice. It is a brick building of brick blocks Porotherm system. The building is designed as a basement with three floors and six residential units. The basement rooms are used for residents of the house and technical equipment. The individual floors are always two dwelling units designed as a 3 +1. The whole building is covered with a flat roof.

The theoretical part describes the technical and material design of the building, then heat the whole house technical assessment, technological process for the implementation of the foundation, itemized budget for foundation design and construction solutions to the principles of organization building - focused on the design of foundations and substructures.

Drawing part consists of studies and layout drawings of individual parts of the thesis.
