Finanční analýza vybraného podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza společnosti Řetězárna, a.s. za období 2006 – 2008. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku a metody finanční analýzy. Analýza absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů je popsána v práci podrobněji než ostatní metody finanční analýzy a to včetně teoretických postupů rozkladu finančních ukazatelů. Ve druhé části je představena společnost Řetězárna, a.s., jejíž finanční situace bude hodnocena. V této části je rovněž provedena horizontální a vertikální analýza rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty. Ve třetí části práce je analyzována finanční situace podniku pomocí poměrových ukazatelů a rozkladu rentability vlastního kapitálu. Následně je uvedeno srovnání vybraných ukazatelů společnosti s odvětvím a závěrečné zhodnocení výsledků analýzy.

The aim of this the bachelor thesis is financial analysis of company Řetězárna, Inc for the period 2006 – 2008. The thesis consists to three parts. First part is target on general characteristics and on methods of financial analysis. Analysis of absolute, differential and ratio indicators is described in more details than other methods of financial analysis, including theoretical procedure of decompression financial indicators. In the second part is introduced company Řetězárna, Inc, and whose financial situation will be evaluated. In this part is also making a horizontal and vertical analysis of balance and of profit and lost specification. In the third part of thesis is analyzed of financial situation of company through the use of differential indicators and decompression of return of shareholder´s capital. Subsequently is in the thesis a comparison of selected indicators of company with branch ant final evaluation of results of the analysis.
