Vyhodnocení investice do zavedení automatické identifikace

Abstract

V předložené diplomové práci je ekonomicky vyhodnocena investice do zavedení automatické identifikace ve společnosti Siemens Elektromotory s.r.o. a jsou navrženy možnosti, kde se v podniku může daná technologie dále uplatnit. V první části práce je popsána charakteristika společnosti Siemens. V další části je seznámení s fungováním výrobního procesu před a po zavedení technologie automatické identifikace. Součástí této části je i obeznámení se samotnou technologií. Ve třetí části se hodnotí výsledky hodnotícího formuláře zavedení investice, který byl vypracován speciálně pro tuto práci a je součástí příloh. V závěru třetí části jsou uvedeny návrhy na zavedení technologie do dalších částí výrobního procesu, kde zatím zavedeny nejsou.

In the presented thesis an economic evaluation of investment in the introduction of automatic identification systems at Siemens Elektromotory s.r.o. is contained and options of another applications in the company are proposed. The first part describes characteristical features of Siemens company. The next section provides an introduction to the functioning of the manufacturing process, before and after the introduction of automatic identification technology. This part also makes the reader familiar with the technology. The third section assesses the results of an evaluation form of the investment, which was developed specifically for this work and is part of the supplements. The third section also provides proposals for the introduction of technology into other parts of the production process, where not yet implemented.
