Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The thesis is focused to analyze system of recruiting and selection of the employee in a chosen organization. Chosen organization was the chain if fast food restaurants, specifically one branch in Ostrava city, in this work called fictionaly Ronald a.s. This work contains theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part is focused on a proces of recruitment and selection of the employee based on a expert literature. It´s also focused on a difrent methods of recruiting and selection of the emloyee. In practical part of this work was analysed system of recruiting and selection of the emloyee in the organization Ronald a.s. The survey research was made to find quality level of current system of recruitment and selection of the employee. In the end was made recommendation to improve the current proces based on the survey research, interviews with manager of the branch and observations.
