Abstract

This thesis addresses the design variant solution land use district of Ostrava - Hrabová, for the construction of houses. For this it is necessary to find the optimal solution design and layout of building plots and observe him during the planning requirements. The paper proposed three variants of urban design locations of these options is selected, then the optimal variant and subsequently elaborated. With this type of connection is solved by the technical and transport infrastructure, defining areas for private and public use of the site and the integration into the surrounding buildings on the basis of urban and technical conditions in the territory. It is also processed costing study type and volume of the house.
