Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the examination of the magnetic field in the vicinity of electrified railways. Measurements were performed in the laboratory magnetic measurements at VŠB - Technical University of UIC 60 rail section with a length of 1.5 m. In the first part was needed to determine the material properties measured using the rail system Remagraph. Magnetic field around the rail were examined using highly accurate instruments Gaussmetru Bell 5100 Model 5180 for passing a current of 100 A, 200 A, 300 A, 400 A, 500 A and 550 A. To convert the measured values in graphic form was used LabView software. It also needed to simulate and compare the results with measured values. The choice fell on the software ANSYS 10.0. The program is based on finite element method and the FEM is one of the best computer systems. The measured and simulated results are simultaneously displayed and compared the distribution maps of magnetic induction.
