Vnitropodnikové směrnice pro vedení účetnictví

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vnitropodnikové směrnice pro vedení účetnictví. V první teoretické části jsou uvedeny obecné aspekty vedení účetnictví v České republice. Druhá teoretická část je věnována problematice tvorby vnitropodnikových směrnic a jejich dělení, významu, účelu a náležitostem. Cílem bakalářské práce je nejen zhodnotit aktuální stav vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti TOP DEKORACE OSTRAVA, s.r.o. a navrhnout systém tvorby vnitropodnikových směrnic, ale také vypracovat vzorové směrnice, které zajistí kvalitní postupy pro vedení účetnictví této společnosti.

The thesis is focused on the intradepartmental directives for accounting management. In the first part there are presented general aspects of accounting management in the Czech Republic. The second theoretical part is focused on the intradepartmental directives issues and their dividing, function, purpose and proprieties. The goal of this thesis is not only evaluate the current aspect of intradepartmental directives in the TOP DEKORACE OSTRAVA, s.r.o. and design an intradepartmental directives creation system, but also work out an intradepartmental directives template that will provide a quality accounting procedures in this company.
