Abstract

The thesis is focused on current issues related to digitization of television broadcasting and its solution in the systems for the collective reception of television broadcasting. First part of the document is a description of the components used in a common reception including a historical perspective and the technical data for which components are selected. The second part points to the progress of digitization of terrestrial broadcasting, focusing on the problematic components, thesis is primarily aimed on the channel and broadband amplifiers measurements, which are powered by digital signals. The last part is a theoretical design of common antenna system. The optimal solution is selected on the basis of evaluation options for terrestrial and satellite reception. The output of work is the requirements on the components throughout the system.
