Analýza vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This thesis focuses on questions of employee education in organization AVX Czech Republic Ltd. Uherské Hradiště. The main target is to describe and analise the current state of education and afterwads entconsenquly prepare a project of improving system of education.

The first section of the thesis is focused on theoretical approaches to employee education and it explaines key elements related to the topic.Anther section briefly describes the company AVX Czech Republic Ltd. Uherské Hradiště and is focused on analzsis of a system of employee education in a chosen organization and assess the current state. Based on analysis proposals and recommendations for improvement were formulated.
