Abstract

The aim of this diploma's thesis “Employee Recruitment and Selection system in a Chosen Organization” is the analysis of the process of employee recruitment and selection in the Advanced World Transport, a.s. The diploma's thesis is divided in two main parts, namely in the theoretical part and the practical part. The first part focuses on the description of the theoretical knowledge gained from literature. There are defined concepts, methods, and procedures the issue. The practical part is concretely focused on the chossen organization, its history, goals and currently process of employee recruitment and selection. Following chapter includes proposed amendments and recommendations in selected areas that will improve the efficiency of the system.
