Posudzovanie vplyvov obchodných centier na životné prostredie

Abstract

V diplomovej práci je spracovaná problematika posudzovania vplyvov obchodných centier na životné prostredie, sú v nej navrhnuté vhodné lokality pre budovanie obchodných centier v mestách, ich rozvinutosť a situovanie v Českej republike a na Slovensku. V ďalšej časti je spracovaný proces posudzovania vplyvov na životné prostredie (EIA) s podrobným popisom krokov, postupov a účastníkov procesu v Českej republike a na Slovensku, a ďalej s ním súvisiaca legislatíva a zavedenie tejto legislatívy do praxe. V záverečnej časti sú spracované priame vplyvy obchodných centier na životné prostredie s návrhmi na ich predchádzanie a zmiernenie.

This diploma work deals with the problematic consideration of effects that commercial centers cause to the environment. In this work are proposed the appropriate locations for building of commercial centers in towns, their development and sitting in Czech Republic and in Slovakia. In the next part of the work is worked up the process of environmental impact assessment (EIA) with detailed description of steps, progress and process members in Czech Republic and in Slovakia and also the related legislation and application of this legislation in praxis. The last part deals with direct effects of commercial centers on environment with the proposals to their prevention and reduction.
