Abstract

In the practical part, the bachelor thesis discusses the modern trends in the optimization of web pages. Characterised are onpage and offpage factors, algorithms and their changes and factors of an evaluation of web pages nowadays applied by the Google and Seznam search engines. The practical part is focused on the loading speed of web pages according to the recommendation of the PageSpeed Insights tool by the Google company. In the thesis are applied various techniques that are used in order to achieve higher loading speed. Further, the thesis is concerned with the testing of the applicability of web pages on mobile phone devices. The requirements proposed by the Google Page Speed Insight tool regarding the user’s impression are analysed. The responsive design is applied.
