The thesis focuses on the internal and external analysis of selected products of selected company. The theses describes each method and analysis. In the next chapter is described selected company. In the practical part are selected analysis applied on selected company. The last chapter contains suggestions and recommendation for extension of partnerships and to penetrate the market of small businesses.
