Abstract

Tématem předložené diplomové práce „Řízení pohledávek“je zmapování procesu správy pohledávek a analýza současného stavu pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy v oblasti pohledávek, způsoby zajištění pohledávek a možnosti řízení s následným zánikem pohledávky. Praktická část je zaměřena na monitorování pohledávek konkrétní společnosti. Úvodem jsou uvedeny základní informace o podniku a dále se zaměřuji na analýzu pohledávek v jednotlivých letech. Pozornost věnujï hlavně pohledávkám z obchodního styku. Závěrem se zaměřuji na vhodnou volbu inkasních agentur a efektivitu řízení pohledávek.

The topic of the thesis „The Receivables Management“ is the description of a process regarding the receivables management and the analysis of the current status of receivables in a selected company. In the theoretical part, the terms considering the receivables are defined and as well as the methods of the receivables securing and the management options with subsequent termination of a receivable. The practical part is focused on monitoring the receivables in a particular company. It provides elementary information on the company and focuses on the analysis of the receivables in particular years. The attention is paid predominantly to the trade receivables. Finally, I focus on the appropriate choice of collection agencies and the efficiency of the receivables management.
