Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose possible suggestions and recommendations to improve recruitment of employees and selection systems in a chosen organization. These suggestions and recommendations will be based on the analysis of current systems of these processes in the organization. The chosen company deals in the production of steel components for use in road and rail vehicles and in the industrial applications sector. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on theoretical knowledge of the systems of recruitment and selection of employees. The practical part describes and analyzes the current systems of these processes in a chosen organization. The final part contains possible suggestions and recommendations that management could use to improve existing processes.
