Analýza interních auditů systému managementu kvality

Abstract

The objective of this bachelor thesis is internal audits´ analyses as a part of company´s quality management system as well as suggestions of possible system improvement. First part of the bachelor thesis focuses on theoretical aspects of QMS auditing as well as its development, importance, objectives and audit requirements. Furthermore, there is a there is also a basic characteristic and profile as the essential criterion of a qualified auditor. Scope of work of the second part is to obtain a broad understanding about current company audit procedure as well as about audits´ assessment. On the base of the analyses improvements of audit procedure were recommended to the company.
