Využití programu HEC-RAS při modelování rozlivů v korytě řeky Odry v Bohumíně

Abstract

This diploma thesis on "Utilization of the HEC-RAS program in modeling of floodplains in the Odra river basin in Bohumín" deals with the hydrodynamic modeling of floods on the Odra River in Bohumín (river kilometer 8 - 0). Hydrodynamic modeling was performed by pre-processing data in the HEC-GeoRAS extension GIS, the modeling itself being performed in the HEC-RAS program. Flows Q5, Q20 and Q100 were modeled. For comparison, the hydrodynamic model of the DIBAVOD project was used. This diploma thesis summarizes all important data on hydrodynamic modeling that is important for practical use. Based on the findings, simulation of floodplain was created.
