Analýza kvality v podniku a návrhy na zlepšení

Abstract

The content of this master thesis aims at the quality analysis in a company. To reduce the count of claims, it is necessary to analyse the causes of the complaints. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the claims against suppliers. In the theoretical part there are introduced basic terms regarding to quality, description of quality management, continuous improvement of the quality and delivery risks. The practical part is aimed on analysis of quality costs and claims against suppliers in 2014. For that, the Pareto analysis has been used. There is also outlined the progress and results of the analysis. At the end of this master thesis the general recommendation are proposed.
