Kateřina Kubenková, Ph.D. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create project documentation for a commercial building in a construction state according to Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on construction documentation [2]. It is non-basement detached building with two above-ground floors. The structure is composed from reinforced concreted prefabricated elements which are put together to make structure. The supporting elements of the frame are prefabricated footings, foundation sills, columns, beams, ceiling panels, trusses and purlins. Diploma thesis consists of technical report, design part, thermal technical assessment of all construction parts forming the envelope of the building according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [3], energy label of the envelope of the building and static calculation of prefabricated reinforced concreated beams.
