Abstract
Shopping centers are a phenomenon of the present. People are attending centers not only because of purchases, but mostly for fun. It's their way of spending free time. Bachelor thesis is focused on customer behavior in a shopping center, namely Breda & Weinstein. The center is characterized - its history and present, as well as elements of the macroeconomic environment and market that affect it. It also outlined the issue of the overall development of shopping centers in the Czech Republic but also abroad. Shopping behavior is defined and explained below for related matters. The practical part is attended to research and behavior analysis based on the survey. The objective was to analyze of the behavior and habits of shopping center Breda & Weinstein customers, determine their structure and other factors affecting their overall behavior. The final part contains the summary and recommendations on the issue.
