Vliv alternativních zdrojů kyslíku na rozvoj bioremediace in situ v oblasti Laguny Ostramo

Abstract

This thesis deals with bioremediation and it´s use in remediation of contaminated sites. Thesis focuses on remediation of lagoons Ostramo, specifically on the pilot test performed at the site. Pilot test was focused on search of alternative sources of oxygen in situ bioremediation of groundwater. The thesis describes the conditions necessary for the bioremediation and known methods of bioremediation. It also deals with the site and its contamination and includes detailed description of the preparation, laboratory tests and the pilot test itself. At the end of the thesis is the evaluation of realized works and possible recommendations.
