Motivace zaměstnanců a zaměstnanecké benefity

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor work is an analysis of employee´s benefits from the perspective of employees from particular company; determine the level of employee’s satisfaction with current benefits and recommendation of appropriate ticket for employees. Mean of analysis is method of questionnaire.

The bachelor work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter presents the theory of motivation. There are also identified motivational strategy and motivation of employees during the economic slowdown. The second chapter is devoted to employee´s benefits. There are described benefits provided in the Czech Republic. The third chapter focuses on the practical approach. Here you can find the characteristics of a particular company, their current system of motivation and benefits offered in this company. In the conclusion there are evaluation of the survey results and suggested several improvements.
