The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to develop to project documetation for a family villa in Silesian Ostrava at the level of partial project documentation for the costruction. The basis and source of the design is an urban study of the area and the architectural study of the building prepared in the subject Studio Creation II. The study was further developer from the project documentation in subject Studio Creation Va. It is a building of the family villa Loubi situated on Hýbnerova street. The design is focused on harmonious connection building with terrain and surrounding buildings. The bachelor’s thesis consisting a the text part, drawing documetation and supplemented by architectual details and visualization.
