Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the heating and hot water preparation of a house in Mojš, using an air/water heat pump, compared to a ground/water heat pump. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part focuses on the development of the architectural and structural design of the family house. The project documentation for the implementation of the building is developed to the level of needs for the development of the Building Services and meets all the required standards and requirements. The second part is focused on the development of the technical design of low-temperature heating and hot water preparation of the family house. The heating of the family house is designed as a low-temperature surface heating in combination with tubular and plate heating elements. An air/water heat pump is proposed as the main source for heating and hot water preparation and a ground/water heat pump is proposed as a second option. The bachelor thesis includes the elaboration of the thermal engineering assessment of the individual structures, the calculation of the heat losses of the building, the modelling of the critical detail, the energy label of the building envelope and the basic economic evaluation of the two variants of the proposed heat pumps.
