Abstract

Bachelor's thesis is focused on forward-looking approach to planning of repairs and renovation work on residential buildings, depending on physical and financial life. In the theoretical part deals with the life of the building. Clarifies the degradation processes, their influence on the structural elements of the building. Deals with the wear and tear. Points to the most common defects and disorders brick apartment building, their causes and remedial measures. Explains advanced planning of repairs and reconstruction using the software buildpass. The practical part is devoted to the residential house type T17, located in Ostrava Poruba. Evaluates the state of the art object, its defects, disorders, but also carried out repairs and reconstruction. The output of my work is to create a financial and schedule repairs.
