Hodnocení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The diploma thesis is dedicated to the evaluation of the process of recruitment and selection of employees in a selected trading company, which is Decasport s.r.o. The aim is to evaluate whether this process is carried out efficiently and to propose possibilities of optimization. People are the key element of any organization, therefore it is extremely important to be able to find and attract the right people for a given segment of operations using appropriately chosen methods. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part, in which the issue of this topic is summarized and the methods are described, which are then applied in the second part, the practical part. The methods of questionnaire survey, interview and document analysis were used to obtain the results. These results are the main source for the formulation of suggestions and recommendations for improvement.
