Úloha reportingu ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce na téma „Úloha reportingu ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku“ bylo zmapovat, popsat a objasnit úlohu reportingu jako nezbytnou součást podnikového controllingu. Z toho důvodu byla provedena analýza reportingu lidských zdrojů, objasněny jeho základní principy a nástroje, stejně jako jeho uživatelé, struktura reportů a využívané zdroje dat. Na základě získaných informací pomocí analýzy, která byla provedena studiem vnitropodnikové dokumentace a především formou osobních konzultací s příslušnými zaměstnanci podniku, autorka vyhodnotila současný stav reportingu lidských zdrojů v návaznosti na controlling lidských zdrojů a podnikový controlling. Závěrem byly shrnuty identifikované přednosti a nedostatky v rámci zlepšování podnikových procesů a navržena optimální řešení zjištěných nedostatků.

The aim of the thesis on " The Role of Reporting in the Selected Industrial Enterprise" was to map, describe and clarify the role of reporting as a necessary part of an enterprise controlling. Therefore Human Resource Reporting has been analyzed and basic principles, tools, as well as its users, structure and data sources have been clarified. Based on information from this analysis, which was carried out by the form of internal documentation analysis and also primarily by the form of personal consultations with employees of the enterprise, the author has evaluated the current state of Human Resource Reporting in relation to Human Resource Controlling and Enterprise Controlling, too. In conclusion, strengths and weaknesses have been identified in the context of improving business processes. Besides, some optimal solutions have been proposed in case of identified weaknesses.
