Abstract

This building thesis is aimed at developing the project documentation of an apartment block for building permit, technological process walling single storey, time planning, cost estimate, building site arrangement and technological process walling single storey.

There is a 3-storey building designed for permanent living. Apartment house contains residentil units with the disposition from 2+kk to 4+kk, the circulation area and staircase included. The ground floor apatrments are accompanied by their own yards with patios and balconies of the apartments above ground. Part of each residential unit is a parking and the cubicle. The façade is smooth with horizontal wooden breakdown in the window area. The structural system is designed as a brick system of Porotherm ceilings from including Porotherm.
