Problematika fiskální koordinace v EU a její řešení

Abstract

The aim of the Diploma thesis " Fiscal Coordination Issue in the EU and Its Solution" is to analyse and evaluate fiscal integration in the European Union. The first part of thesis consist of the theory of fiscal policy and especially the government deficit and public debt. The second part of the work is focused on the development of fiscal coordination in the European Union.This part of the text answer the question if is fiscal coordination in European Union really necessary by comparison of basic economic indicators of euro area members. The thesis also analyzes last measures of fiscal coordination in the European Union like the European Stabilitiy Mechanism, the Six pack, the Euro plus pact and european semester.
