Abstract

The purpose of the diploma work was to suggest measures to increace the volume of selling of the company SEMOTEX Ltd. through an improvement of present marketing communication. In the introduction are presented the theoretical resources of marketing communication and analyses. Further the marketing research was effected. It was focused to find out the profile of end customer and his opinions. The proposals of improvement of company marketing communication were elaborated in connection with the results of analyses and the marketing research. The proposals contained e.g. a sponsorship of balls, an advertisement in kindergartens, using billboards, a modification of present customer program, cooperation with noncompetition company etc.
