Optimalizace skladových zásob v podniku

Abstract

This thesis is focused on optimizing inventory, which should lead to improved efficiency of funds invested in a particular company. The work is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical findings of various authors in the possession of inventory related costs, and inventory management. The second part dealt with these issues in Dalkia Czech Republic. As I first analyze the structure of stocks, then I set the optimal level for selected items. Based on the results in the third section, I propose a process which will lead to improving the efficiency of stock.
