Abstract
This thesis follows up the effects of various metals on selected microorganisms. The first chapter is devoted to the basic characteristics of copper, silver, gold, tin and mercury. For selected metals is mentioned a brief history of their use. Next passage comprises information about nanoparticles selected metals (silver, gold and copper). In the experimental part of the work are given graphs of appropriate tables. In these tables are recorded selected microorganisms and their measure of resistance to selected metals. In every subhead of experimental part are explained causes of measures of resistance at each microorganism. In conclusion are evaluated results from the graphs and future prospects.
