Generační centrum na nábřeží řeky Ostravice

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem lokality ve Frýdku-Místku v části Frýdek situovaného mezi zámeckým parkem a řekou Ostravicí. Současné využití území je převážně pro firemní a skladovací účely, které nejsou efektivní vzhledem k potenciálu lokality. Cílem návrhu je vytvořit atraktivní a funkční prostor, který bude přirozeně navazovat na okolí a motivovat obyvatele a návštěvníky k pravidelnému pobytu a trávení volného času. Součástí návrhu je domov pro seniory s denním stacionářem a mateřská škola. Tento generační přístup podpoří setkávání různých věkových skupin a oživí lokalitu.

The thesis deals with the design of a location in Frýdek-Místek in the part of Frýdek situated between the castle park and the Ostravice river. The current use of the area is mainly for corporate and storage purposes, which are not effective given the potential of the location. The aim of the design is to create an attractive and functional space that will naturally connect with the surroundings and motivate residents to stay and spend their free time regularly. The design includes a home for the elderly with a day care center and a kindergarten. This generational approach will support meetings of different age groups and revitalize the location.
