Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is an elaboration of a project documentation for the construction of a cultural building in Prostějov. The project documentation includes, in particular, the drawing part drawn up according to the assignment. Part of the diploma thesis is also a study of the building, thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures, Energetic label of the envelope of the building, static calculation of the staircase, and technical report. The main structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton with a brickwork made of ceramic block POROTHERM. The cultural house is partially basement and has 2 above-ground floors. It is roofed with a flat roof. The main room is a multipurpose hall with stage. There is also a background for performers and visitors, a bookstore, café and an apartment for performers.
