Abstract

This thesis deals with problems of design, implementation and maintenance of community portal for sharing multimedia information for specific sort of users. Pursuant similar available services are chosen functions, which will be realized considering on security, copyright act and act for personal data protection. Take the analysis functions that are expected from the system. During the design of implementation lays down requirements for the hardware and software that will use the portal. Implementation is made in ASP.NET and for database is used MS SQL Server.
