Abstract

This graduation thesis focuses on the efficiency of human potential development through specialized agency. The thesis describes the co-operation of the agency Start People s. r. o. with selected organisations; and the fact whether it participates in the development of human potential. The main goal of this thesis is to review current level of co-operation of the agency with particular organisations with regards to human potential, and to detect deficiencies in the work of recruitment agency. The main objective of the thesis was to identify problematic areas and to propose certain suggestions and recommendations. The outcome of this thesis is suggestions and recommendations with regards to improvements in the area of education and training of employees; because education and training belong to the major supportive factors of development of human potential in an organization.
