Abstract

The Extended Essay analyses the system of waste processing in the town Louny. It describes the legal framework, within which the waste is dealt with, there are described ways of dealing with different kinds of waste, which may occur in the town, its gathering and transferring to authorized people in accordance with The Waste Act. There is also realized the problem of waste processing discordant with valid regulations and the use of exploited spaces which may rise in Louny. At the close of the work possible modifications in the system of waste processing after 2010 are proposed in connection with competitive bidding with respect to the supplier of system of municipal waste.
