Diverzifikace finančních zdrojů v nestátním neziskovém sektoru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se blíže zabývá problematikou financování nestátních neziskových organizací s důrazem na jejich diverzifikaci a to nejprve v obecné rovině a posléze také na konkrétním příkladu ve vybraném subjektu, AIESEC Ostrava. Teoretická část práce nejprve specifikuje oblast neziskových organizací a následně zkoumá možné zdroje financování jejích aktivit. Důraz je kladen na aktuálnost zmíněných zdrojů. Teoretická část taktéž nastiňuje i proces získávání finančních zdrojů, fundraising. V praktické části práce je nejprve charakterizován vybraný subjekt, přičemž podrobněji je analyzováno právě jeho financování a to v letech 2006- 2008. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části práce je poté proveden průzkum možností zisku nových prostředků pro daný subjekt. Cílem práce je sestavit pro vybranou neziskovou organizaci databázi potenciálních zdrojů finančního i jiného charakteru za účelem případného zlepšení diverzifikace jejího financování.

The graduation thesis is addressing the issue of financing in the non-state non-profit sector with the view of the resource diversification. This is being analysed on the general level at the beginning and after that also on a concrete example of a selected subject, AIESEC Ostrava. The theoretical part of the thesis is firstly specifying the area of non-state non- profit organizations itself and in the next part it is touching different possibilities of financing of its activities. The theoretical part is also mentioning the process of gaining the financial resources that is called fundraising. The practical part is describing the selected subject firstly whereas there is in more detailed the financing of the organisation within the years 2006- 2008 being analysed. In the other part there is a research of opportunities of getting new resources for the organisation undertaken, at the base of the knowledge from the theoretical part. The main goal of the graduation thesis is to compile a database of potential new resources of financial, as well as other, character in order to improve the diversification of the subject in terms of its financing.
